Here is the list of ingredients you’ll need:
– 1 sheet of puff pastry
– 12 defrosted meatballs
– 1 bundle of mozzarella cheese, shredded (8 ounces recommended)
– Marinara sauce, to be used for serving
– Buffalo sauce, to be served alongside
– BBQ sauce, for serving

Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take the puff pastry sheet, and with the help of a rolling pin, thin it out. After that, cut it into 12 equal squares.

Now, place one meatball on each pastry square, along with some cheese. Carefully fold the pastry to encase the meatball and cheese, leaving a small opening on top if you want the meatball to be seen.

Next, place each pastry-wrapped meatball in a muffin tin compartment.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the pastry turns a golden-brown color.

After baking, remove the pastries from the pan and they’re ready to be served! Present them with marinara, Buffalo and BBQ sauce for the guests to dip in.

A useful tip to remember is that this recipe can be easily adjusted to make more servings, simply double or triple the quantities as required.
