This recipe is adapted from “Cookin’ Savvy.” It serves 4 people.
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 12 thawed meatballs
- 1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce, for serving
- Buffalo sauce, for serving
- Barbecue sauce, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten the puff pastry, then cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Place one meatball and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each square. Wrap the pastry around the cheese and meatball, leaving the top slightly open if you want the meatball to be visible.
- Arrange each wrapped meatball into the cups of a muffin tin.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the pastry turns golden brown.
- Once done, take them out of the pan and serve with marinara, Buffalo, and barbecue sauces for dipping.
