Indulge in a Moment for Yourself with Yoplait Oui

Being a stay-at-home mom of four is already a busy life, and then I decided to start teaching fitness classes on top of that.
Although I adore both roles, finding time for myself has become quite a challenge.

While shopping at Walmart, I decided to pick up some Oui by Yoplait. I had heard wonderful things about it and wanted to treat myself.

I selected flavors I enjoy in other yogurts: peach, lemon, strawberry, blueberry, and black cherry. I also saw vanilla, coconut, and plain on the shelf.

I love that Oui by Yoplait comes in charming glass jars; I have so many ideas for repurposing them!
But I digress.
Oui by Yoplait is a French-style yogurt with a subtly sweet, fresh flavor.
Here are a few reasons why I wanted to try Oui:
- Inspired by a traditional French yogurt recipe
- Cultured in each jar for eight hours, resulting in a unique, thick, creamy texture
- Best enjoyed without stirring to savor its distinct, creamy consistency
- “Oui” translates to “yes” in French, pronounced “wee”

After returning home from the gym, I look forward to unwinding for a few minutes and savoring a delicious “treat” meant exclusively for me.
It’s a guilt-free indulgence because it’s made with simple, non-GMO ingredients such as whole milk and real fruit, all poured and set in each jar.
Embrace Fresh Ingredients:
- Made with whole milk
- Contains no artificial flavors or colors derived from artificial sources
- Plain flavor has only two ingredients: milk and cultures
- Fruit flavors feature real fruit at the bottom
Enjoy a moment of pure delight in every spoonful. Say Oui.

I tried one for free when Harris Teeter had it as their weekend freebie, and I was really impressed! They were delicious!

I prefer making my own yogurt. This one was too sweet for my taste, and since I cannot tolerate milk anymore, it’s a no-go for me. My stomach is unhappy!
