  • Five Minute Candy Cane Fudge
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 crushed candy canes

Instructions
  1. Grease an 8×8 baking pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, salt, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil while stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Incorporate chocolate chips, marshmallows, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Top with crushed candy canes, pressing them down gently.
  8. Refrigerate until set.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy!
