Serves: 12 cups
Ingredients for sweet paste:
– Two Packages (16 ounces each) of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Ingredients For Whipped Cream:
– One cup of Heavy Cream
– Two tablespoons of Sugar
Ingredients For Filling:
– Eight ounces of Softened Cream Cheese
– One-half cup of Powdered Sugar
– One cup of Whipping Cream
– Crushed Cookies (Optional for Topping)
– Colorful Sprinkles (Optional for Topping)
Cooking Instructions:
Set the oven for preheating at 350 F. Use a muffin tin and push three lumps of cookie dough for each muffin mold. Bake this for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes and then use a shot glass to press into each hole. Give it another 5 minutes to cool down and then transfer it onto a rack for complete cooling.
Utilizing a hand mixer, blend the heavy cream and sugar until it gains a thick consistency. Add in the cream cheese and powdered sugar and continue to blend as a smooth mixture. This mix is to be spooned into the cooled cookie cups.
If you prefer, use a piping bag to create a pleasing edge around the cup. As a topping, you can add crushed cookies or colorful sprinkles as per your desire.
