Peanut Butter Cup Blondies Recipe
Chocolate chip bar cookies are my all-time favorite! They blend the best of cookies and cake. I also can’t resist anything containing peanut butter cups, so combining them with blondies is simply a dream come true.
You’ll need:
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 10 oz Reese’s Snack Size
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and sugar until well-combined.
- Incorporate the egg, milk, and vanilla, beating until everything is thoroughly blended.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Then add this dry mixture to the peanut butter mixture and beat until smooth.
- Spread half of this batter in the prepared baking pan.
- Chop 9 Reese’s into small pieces and sprinkle on top of the batter.
- Using a spoon, dollop the remaining batter over the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Chop an additional 3 Reese’s and gently press them into the top of the blondies while they’re still warm.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
Now, try to resist the temptation to eat the entire batch in one go! 😉
