Festive Cranberry Punch
This recipe comes from "Cookin’ Savvy."
Ingredients:
- 1 package fresh cranberries
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 3-4 sprigs of rosemary
- 6 cans lemon-lime soda (keep separate)
- 64 ounces cranberry juice
- 20 ounces orange pineapple juice
- 1 orange
Instructions:
The evening prior:
- In each compartment of a silicone muffin pan or ice cube tray, place four cranberries, two pieces of pineapple, and a few sprigs of rosemary.
- Pour 1 can of lemon-lime soda over the ingredients in the tray and place it in the freezer to set.
For Serving:
- Keep the remaining soda, cranberry juice, and orange pineapple juice in the refrigerator to cool overnight.
- When ready to serve, combine the rest of the lemon-lime soda, cranberry juice, and orange pineapple juice in a punch bowl.
- Slice the orange into 5-6 rounds and introduce to the bowl.
- Add the ice cubes made with lemon-lime soda, additional cranberries, and orange slices to the mix.
- Serve the punch cold.
