My dog’s absolute favorite day of the week is dog park day. It’s that special time when the whole family hops into the car, bringing along some extra tennis balls to share with furry friends, and heads to our local dog park. Dog parks are wonderful spaces where dogs and their owners can connect and socialize with one another and the community. Through our weekly outings, we’ve made many human friends, and our dog has become more sociable than ever.
However, not all dog parks are created equal. Many cities and towns struggle to allocate funds for them. Fortunately, Beneful understands the importance of quality dog parks and has been actively working for the past five years to enhance and build them across the nation.
The Beneful Dream Dog Park Project began as a contest where the Beneful team would visit and renovate a winning community’s dog park each year. This initiative has since evolved to bring greater joy to more communities nationwide.
This year, Beneful’s objective is to support a total of 12 parks through donations, service days, and more. They are even teaming up with GoFundMe to advance their mission. This partnership allows dog park organizers to launch campaigns aimed at raising awareness and funds for park improvements or establishing new parks entirely. Each month, Beneful will spotlight a new GoFundMe campaign related to dog parks.

This is wonderful! I hope our family can move near a dog park soon so our dog can enjoy it more often.
