Target Pharmacy is Now CVS Pharmacy

My schedule is always full, and today has been no exception. I began by waking the kids, getting them dressed, feeding them breakfast, and sending them off to school. I had a long list of tasks to complete, including finding Emma a fall jacket, grocery shopping, picking up cat food, and collecting a prescription. Just glancing at my list made me feel exhausted. Then it hit me: I can get everything done in one stop since CVS is now conveniently located inside my Target store!

That’s right! My Target pharmacy has officially transitioned to a CVS Pharmacy—and so has yours. All 1,672 pharmacies across 47 states have made this change, improving accessibility for customers. If you were a Target pharmacy patron, your records have been transferred to CVS Pharmacy, allowing you to access and refill your prescriptions seamlessly. If you had previously set up automatic refills, CVS will continue this service for you.

CVS Pharmacies in Target stores provide all the services you would find at a traditional CVS, including:

• Maintenance Choice: This program allows CVS Caremark plan members to fill 90-day supplies of medications for chronic conditions either through mail service or at any CVS Pharmacy location.
• Pharmacy Advisor: This program offers face-to-face counseling for CVS Caremark plan members diagnosed with chronic conditions when they choose to fill their prescriptions at CVS.
• Specialty Connect: A feature of CVS Specialty, providing patients the option to pick up specialty prescriptions at any CVS location.
